Refund policy

This Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms and Conditions
governing the purchase of goods from H-Mantra LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through
our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

 

General Policy Statement
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, H-Mantra LTD operates
a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy, except where required by UK consumer
protection legislation. Once products have left our control, they cannot be returned or resold for
hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review full product descriptions, ingredients, and suitability
information prior to purchase.

 

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges in circumstances including, but not
limited to, the following:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity
- No longer needing or wanting the product
- Unwanted gifts
- Products that are sealed, unopened, or unused but not desired
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used in any capacity
- Situations where the goods are not defective and have been supplied as described
This applies regardless of whether the product remains sealed.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. In accordance with the
Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the goods are:
- Faulty or defective, or
- Not as described or incorrect
If you believe your order meets one of these criteria, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of
delivery and provide:
1. Your full name and order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photographic or video evidence

Failure to provide the required information may result in the claim being refused.


4. Assessment of Claims
Upon receiving your claim, H-Mantra LTD will conduct a reasonable investigation and may require
the item to be returned for inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a remedy if:
- The product has been used, misused, neglected, or improperly stored
- The complaint is unsupported by sufficient evidence
Where a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
- A replacement product
- A refund to the original payment method
- Store credit of equivalent value


5. Delivery Issues
H-Mantra LTD is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Failure to collect or receive the parcel
- Courier delays or disruptions beyond our control


6. Return Shipping (Where Applicable)
If a return is required as part of an approved claim, we will provide return instructions and, where
appropriate, a prepaid returns label. Items returned without written authorization will not be
accepted.


7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to override, limit, or exclude any rights granted to consumers under
UK law, including but not limited to:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- Consumer Protection Act 1987
If any section of this Policy conflicts with UK consumer law, statutory rights will prevail.

H-Mantra LTD reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The
most current version will always appear on our website. Continued use of our website and services
constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
