Shipping policy
At H-Mantra, we aim to provide clear and reliable delivery information in accordance with UK consumer law. Please review our shipping process, timeframes, and responsibilities below.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we anticipate any delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, adverse weather, courier strikes, or other external delays.
If no specific delivery date is agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of purchase unless you are informed otherwise.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
6. Delivery Responsibility (Risk)
Responsibility for the goods remains with us until the order is delivered to the address you provided.
Once delivered, the risk transfers to you.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply.
We will contact you to arrange redelivery.
8. Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at

We will open an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations may take up to 10 business days.
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
